The new catalogue is finally here and it's full of lots of gorgeous stamp sets (and in clear mount too!!), papers, ribbons and so many new colours!  Click the link to the left if you'd like to see the catalogue online.  Email me if you'd like a shiny new paper copy (£4 or free with order over £40 in October).

I know my wishlist is rather long so if yours is too you might want to spread the cost.  Check out my Stampers 10 info to find out how you can build your collection and get some free stuff in the process!

Here's a card I made using 3 of the 5 new In Colours :)  These will be available for 2 years then replaced with new In Colours.  Next year we'll get another new set meaning that there will always be 10 In Colours being updated yearly.

Last Chance List

To make way for all the lovely new products (I've seen them and you are in for a treat!) there are quite a few retirals and some are 50% off. Click here for the list.  I have heard that some do go quickly so if there is something you are very keen to get then please let me know straight away and I'll order it.  Also, I have to say there is a bit of a price rise from October so it might be a good idea to get in an order before prices go up.  Good news is that postage has been reduced!

If you want to come to the Last Chance Party on 9th then let me know and I'll send you a booking form.

Stampers 10

This is something I'd like to start in October for the launch of the new catalogue. Please let me know if you are interested.

When you host a workshop you need a minimum of £150 in sales to qualify for one set of free stamps and £15.00 worth of product from the catalogue

· In a Stampers 10 club there are 10 members.
· The club runs for ten months.
· Each member agrees to spend a minimum of £15.00 per month, before postage.
· Each month a different club member is chosen to be the hostess.
· You do not actually have to host a workshop – it’s like having a virtual party.
· When it is your turn to be the hostess you are guaranteed to receive a level one hostess set of your choice free plus at least £15 to spend in the catalogue.
· You also get a free copy of the catalogue.

This can also be done as a Stampers 6 where the amount would be £25 per month (plus postage). Or if you want more then you can take more than one place :)

August promo Blog Hop

As mentioned in my last post I am taking part in a blog hop to show how Stampin' Up! stamps can be used in scrapbooking. Those following the blog hop should have got here via Pat.  I hope you liked her layout using Trendy Trees :) Welcome to those who have started from my blog - I've just been round the hop and there are so many lovely projects for you to see.  The link to the next blog is at the end of this post.

I haven't scrapped for a while so thought I'd get back in to it with a small layout.  This is a 6" x 6" page of my sister and husband not long after they got married.  The bottom left of the page is Bird on a Branch and all other stamps are from the Tiny Tags set.  When I thought of using this set I only had the Mr and Mrs tag in mind.  I was very pleased to discover the flowers and the hearts and think I'll get good use out of them.

Now it's time to visit Debbi Taylor who also has a layout with Trendy Trees.

And nothing better to update with than the upcoming offer from Stampin' Up!   20% off select two-step stamps between 1 - 31 August.

Be sure to come back on Sunday as I will be taking part in a blog hop showing how these stamps can be used in scrapbooking. My page will have Bird on a Branch and Tiny Tags.

My first cards :)

My new goodies have been put to good use and I've got a couple of cards I'm pleased with.  Not too happy with my photography skills though!

I found the tutorial for this one at http://juliesjapes.blogspot.com/2010/05/tri-fold-card-tutorial.html.  It's not clear from the photo but I've printed Happy Birthday on to card and punched out each letter.

 Card: Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede
Paper: Cottage Wall
Stamp: Cheers to You
Ribbon: Rich Razzleberry
Punches: 1 3/8" Circle, Scallop Circle, 1/4" Square

No idea where the original idea for this easel card came from as I've seen them all over the place.
